West London Mental Health NHS Trust (WLMHT)
has rolled out the Touchpaper IT Business Management (ITBM) suite to over 2,500 members of staff across 30 sites.

The solution has been implemented to optimise WLMHT's service desk and support functions - helping its staff to better resolve user incidents and queries, working in accordance with the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practice principles; a requirement determined both locally and in order for the Trust to meet the standards set for accreditation by NHS Connecting for Health (NHS CFH).  Read the full article here.
