Derbyshire Health Informatics Service has selected Touchpaper's IT Business Management (ITBM) solution to further enhance their service management framework based on IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practice principles.  Scheduled to go live this summer, the new software from Touchpaper will facilitate automated, more effective communication between the central service desk of DHIS and other IT stakeholders including DHIS staff, two Primary Care Trusts (PCTs), Derbyshire Mental Health Services and East Midlands Strategic Health Authority.

16 January 2008 - Scotland's biggest modern university deploys Touchpaper IT Business Management (ITBM) solution

Scotland's biggest modern university, University of the West of Scotland - established after the merger of the University of Paisley and Bell College on August 1st, 2007 - has deployed Touchpaper's IT Business Management (ITBM) solution.  The institution has replaced the in-house developed service desk system of Bell College and the previous RMS service desk solution of the University of Paisley to create a centralised service desk based on Touchpaper.  The new Touchpaper service desk will deliver enhanced, integrated and consistent support to 18,000 students and 2,000 staff across the University's four campuses at Ayr, Dumfries, Hamilton and Paisley.

Northamptonshire County Council is delivering enhanced customer service and best practice e-Government through Touchpaper solutions.  In November 2006, the council introduced an integrated Business Support Service Desk (BSSD) based on Touchpaper's service management software solution.  Joining the existing IT service desk, Northamptonshire's BSSD now links together the systems, processes and knowledge of the council's Human Resources (HR) and Finance department too into one consolidated service desk manned by a team of 15 staff.

30 May 2007 - North and Mid Hampshire Health Informatics Service is awarded National Accreditation from NHS Connecting for Health as the shared service goes live with Touchpaper IT Business Management solution

North and Mid Hampshire Health Informatics Service (NHHIS) has successfully implemented Touchpaper's IT Business Management (ITBM) solution, adopting a partnership approach to service desk provision with Winchester and Eastleigh Healthcare NHS Trust (WEHCT) who are also using the Touchpaper software to support the Government's National Care Record Service (NCRS) in Winchester.  The NHHIS supports the IS service management and delivery of Basingstoke and North Hampshire Foundation Trust, Hampshire Partnership NHS Trust (Mental Health which covers most of Hampshire), and Hampshire Primary Care Trust (the largest PCT in the country).
